1- Subscription start maximum one to two days after the request.

2-  Meal deliveries are from Saturday to Thursday.

3- During any delivery the driver's wait will not extend 10 minutes.

4- In case the customer does not respond during delivery, the order will be canceled immediately.

5- Subscriptions can be suspended once a month not more than a week. (For one month subscriptions)

6- Communication should only be with customer service, incase communication was with anyone else the resturant disclaims their responsibilities of any problems.

7- Make sure of the order before receiving it from the driver. Once the customer receives the order the resturant discharges their responsibility.

8-  Delivery timings are between 5:00AM to 9:00AM.

9- In case a change in a customer's address customer service should be informed atlest 48 hours in advance. 

10- In the absence of a required item Piatto Sano replaces it with something similar or an alternative.

11- piatto sano team disclaims full responsibility if meals are left out of the refrigerator for more than two hours after it has been received by the customer.

12- In case of temporary suspension of subscription, the application must be submitted at least 2 days in advance.
